RESIDENTS OF MOST districts in the parish of St Lucy and some parts of St Peter are without water.
For some, the outage started early yesterday morning.
They have been lining up at standpipes in areas such as Trents, Pickering and Bourbon St Lucy, with buckets, bottles and other utensils to catch water. (RL)
