SELLING HOUSES will save the National Housing Corporation (NHC) from its current cash flow woes.
That’s the view of Minister of Housing Denis Kellman, who is suggesting that the corporation’s financial problems will be solved or at least significantly improved only when it starts to get rid of the stock of houses it had problems selling in 2015.
Kellman isn’t happy with the NHC’s ability to earn money at the moment, saying the corporation has to do a better job of marketing and selling in the new year.
His comments came on the heels of the NHC not being able to pay staffers on time last week. The workers eventually got their money late last Wednesday.
