GOVERNMENT has signed an agreement with Digicel Business for a $2.4 million project that will provide network connectivity throughout the public service.
The deal signed at the Ministry of the Civil Service yesterday by Permanent Secretary Alyson Forte and general manager of Digicel Business, Martin Keogh, will result in a seamless government network that delivers wide area network (WAN), IP telephony, high speed Internet, and email in support of business applications run by every Government ministry.
