POLICE ARE CONTINUING investigations into a serious accident which occurred on February 19, 2016 about 10:10 p.m. at Breedy’s Land Road, Silver Sands, Christ Church.
Fifty-four-year-old pedestrian Carson Wharton of Enterprise, Christ Church was struck by a car driven by Sharmayne Smart of White Hall, St Thomas.
Wharton was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he remained in serious condition until he died on February 24.
This was the second road fatality for the year. (PR/NB)
