St George Parish Church presents cantata

AS PART OF their Lenten devotions, and in memory of academic and musician Norma Holder, the 7 a.m. choir of the St George Parish Church will present the sacred cantata The Crucifixion, with music by Sir John Stainer on March 22 at the church.

The event begins at 7:30 p.m. The choir will be under the direction of Sergeant Anderson Whitehall and John Bryan will be the organist.

The soloists will be Stanley Alleyne, Stephen Brathwaite, Stanton Jordan and Vere Parris.

All are invited to attend and join in singing their favourite hymns. (PR)
