Mumsie marks 101 milestone

Mumsie knew exactly what she wanted to eat for lunch on her birthday.

Split pea rice, stew chicken and plenty of vegetables.

That order was put in days before her birthday last Tuesday.

On that day, Doris “Mumsie” Greaves turned 101 on March 22.

Mumsie got exactly what her mouth watered for.

When the SUNDAY SUN visited the centenarian at her home in Bow Road, St Michael the day after her birthday, Mumsie was sitting, feet up on a cloth covered pouffe, helping herself to a full plate of pasta with chicken. Her eyes were glued to her flat screen.
