I CONSIDER MYSELF a very well-educated, friendly man and still consider myself very young. I enjoy sports, reading, listening to gospel music, singing and going to the beach.
I am married and also consider myself a great kisser. I simply love to kiss. The thing is, my wife is not much of a kisser. She loves hugs and for the most part, loves being with me. However, the thought of kissing is an absolute “no no” for her.
Because of this, I feel a bit neglected at times, especially when at times I just want to hold her and plant a kiss on her lips.
I know for sure that I am not one to engage in an extra-marital affair just because my wife does not like to kiss. I’ve also had girlfriends in the past who loved my kissing. Is there any way I can sizzle up my love life and get my wife to be on the same page as I am?

Your wife’s tendency not to kiss when you feel like doing so is something you should have realised and gotten used to before you were married. How long were you two dating? There are various things which may be playing a part here, but I cannot just give you answers to your questions without knowing the full details of your marriage.
If a lack of proper dental hygiene is not an issue, then it may just be that intimacy for our wife does not necessarily mean getting all “smoochy, smoochy” each time intimacy becomes a part of your lives together.
Have you spoken to her in any way about what she dislikes about kissing? Perhaps you should. It makes no sense feeling sad and neglected when you can have a frank discussion with her.
I still cannot believe that something as simple as this can become an issue after two years of marriage.
You need to get a handle on this situation before it ruins your marriage, but both of you must work at this as a couple.
