A VINCENTIAN WOMAN is expected to appear in the District “B” Magistrates’ Court tomorrow on four cocaine-related charges.

Police say 35-year-old Desrey Veronia Stowe arrived in Barbados from St Vincent by air on June 6.

When Customs officials searched her luggage, two bottles containing a liquid were allegedly found. Police say tests revealed the liquid to be cocaine.

Stowe was charged with possession of 1.5 kilogrammes of cocaine, possession with intent to supply, trafficking and importation. (PR/NB)
