FIVE PEOPLE, including one that was freed by the Barbados Fire Service, were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance after a two-vehicle accident at My Lord’s Hill, St Michael around 5:15 this morning.
Public relations officer of the Royal Barbados Police Force acting Assistant Superintendent David Welch told NATIONNEWS the collision occurred along the area popularly known as Brek Neck Hill and involved a motor car and a motor van which resulted in the victims complaining of various pains about their bodies.
Evan Durant, 42, of Parish Land, Christ Church the driver of the car carrying two male passengers, was freed by the Jaws of Life.
Thirty-one-year-old Jamal Hall of West Terrace, who was accompanied by a female passenger, was the driver of the van with a trailer attached. (JS)
