WHILE A HIGH percentage of the houses in the Villages at Coverley remain either unoccupied or are currently under construction, those residing there say they are more than happy with their purchases.

Over 1 000 houses, costing between $290 000 and $396 000, have been constructed in the multi-million dollar housing development situated in Christ Church since it broke ground in 2009.

It is unique in that it features several on site facilities. It offers residents a medical centre, gym, a café, recreation centre and facilities, a restaurant and a supermarket.

When a team from the WEEKEND NATION took a tour through the area recently, almost all of the houses situated on the western side of the development were taken.

Please read the full story in today’s Weekend Nation, or in the eNATION edition.
