THE BARBADOS WATER Authority (BWA) wishes to inform the public that as part of the mains laying project in package ‘B’ there will be a shut-down of the Springs Main from Benn Spring to Box by Box, Cattlewash, St Joseph on Saturday, August 20 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
This is to commission a new ten inch main.
Customers in the following areas should expect low water pressure or outages: Bathsheba, Joe’s River, St Elizabeth, Cattlewash, East Coast Road in St Joseph; Belleplaine, Lakes, Isolation Road, Franklin Doughlin Road, Babylon, Walkers, Shorey Village, Chalky Mount, Cambridge, Bruce Vale, St Simons, Bawdens, Cane Garden, Bruce Vale and Baxters in St Andrew.
