FOREIGN WORKERS WILL be protected.

That was the promise of Minister of Labour Senator Dr Esther Byer Suckoo during her address at the Barbados Workers’ Union (BWU) 75th annual delegates’ conference held at Solidarity House yesterday.

She said a technical committee and special protocol would be created to ensure protection of migrant workers due to work on several hotel projects down to start in Barbados soon.
