Wanted man surrenders

ONE OF THE THREE MEN wanted by police has turned himself in.

Police say 17-year-old Omarie Raphael Sargeant of #3 Kirtons, St Philip, surrendered on Monday.

He was charged with the offence of wounding and is expected to appear at District ‘C’ Magistrate Court on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, police are still seeking the assistance of the public in locating Akeem Dave Mason, 24, alias “zonzey” or “killerbean” last known address #2 Blades Hill, St Philip and 29-year-old Livardo Rogelio Hinds, last known of Lodge Road, Christ Church.

They can present themselves to the Police accompanied by an attorney-at-law of their choice.

Any person who may know the whereabouts of Mason and Hinds are asked to contact the Police Emergency at telephone number ‘211’, the nearest police station or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477).

The public is reminded that it is a serious offence to harbour or assist wanted persons. Any person caught committing this offence can be prosecuted. (PR/SAT)
