POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING the circumstances surrounding the stabbing death of a 40-year-old male St James resident.
Preliminary investigations suggest that he was involved in an altercation with another man around 1:20 this morning at Allen View, St Thomas.
Police say he received multiple stab wounds to his upper torso and died on the scene.
A man is currently in custody assisting with investigations. (PR/NB)
