THE MANAGEMENT OF TicketPal Caribbean has apologised on behalf of 246 Finest Entertainment for the recent cancellation of the Crop Fusion show which was supposed to be held last Saturday.
The company has advised buyers to return to the box office from which they purchased their tickets to receive refunds. This can be done until October 1.
The ticket must be presented as proof of purchase.
Those who bought their tickets online have been asked to email support@ticketpal.com with their ticket reference number, name and the email address of their TicketPal account.
