MOVE OVER Martin Blackman.

Barbados has a new No.1.

Darian King has vaulted to a new career-high ranking of 135 to become the highest ever rated Barbadian tennis player to appear on the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) circuit.

The news broke yesterday following the release of the latest ATP rankings, which showed that King passed the retired Blackman’s previous best rank of 158 set back in 1994.  (JM)
