Comissiong: Maloney very wrong on Hyatt

SOCIAL ACTIVIST David Comissiong has dismissed businessman and developer Mark Maloney’s assurance that work will commence on the Hyatt Hotel on Bay Street, St Michael.

In fact, Comissiong has declared that the day the heavy-duty equipment rolls onto the site and there has still not been a public consultation meeting or an environmental impact assessment, he will be mounting a swift legal challenge in the High Court. davidcomissiong

However, he is hoping that common sense and reasonableness will prevail and that a word to the wise will be enough.
