Ex-library lady now a doc

SHE SPENT HER working life at the Cave Hill Campus of the University of the West Indies.

Chances are Elizabeth Watson watched many a student walk across the stage on graduation day.

And yesterday, the retired UWI librarian took her moment in the spotlight as she took the title of doctor yesterday.

Dr Elizabeth Watson, who received high commendation, accepted her doctorate in philosophy and cultural studies at yesterday morning’s graduation at the Cave Hill Campus.
