Pinelands hit of the night

PINELANDS CREATIVE WORKSHIP seems destined for gold.

Its performances at the NIFCA Performing Arts Semi-Finals should certainly land it a place in the finals.

The dance piece AfroShip warmed the hearts of the audience at Combermere School Hall on Saturday night, receiving thunderous applause.

The fusion of African and Barbados Landship movements was fantastic, with dancers carrying out the instructions of the admiral with plenty rhythm. (TTY)
