POWER IS STILL OUT in three districts after two poles fell and a tree knocked out a line.
A fallen pole in Crane, St Philip affected customers there and parts of Christ Church However, electricity was restored to most of the affected areas except for the immediate vicinity of the fallen pole.
In Sturges, St Thomas another pole was down leaving some customers in that parish and parts of St Joseph and St Andrew without power.
The third power outage was at Fort George Heights and its environment where a tree fell on the lines.
Manager, communications and government relations Jackie Marshall-Clarke said Barbados Light & Power crews were working to restore power to all the customers. However, she pointed out, their efforts were being hampered by the persistent rains. (AC)
