POLICE SAY THEY suspect foul play in the death of 26-year-old David Nicholas Blenman whose body was found at Foul Bay Beach, St Philip this morning.
They are therefore asking for assistance in their investigations.
Anyone who may have seen a car with the registration number H1723 in the Foul Bay area between 6 p.m. on November 30 and 6 a.m on December 1, or who has other information is asked to contact the police emergency number ‘211’, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477), District ‘C’ Police Station at 416-8200 or the nearest police station.
