THE SOUTH COAST sewage problem has gone from bad to worse.
Two weeks after the WEEKEND NATION first highlighted that a broken pump at the South Coast Sewerage Project was causing tonnes of sewage to not only leak into the Graeme Hall Swamp, but also into the streets, businesses are once again feeling the ill effects.
This time around, the pounding which the island received on Tuesday due to the effects of a trough system has added to an already unbearable situation.
One of the businesses feeling the effects of the leak is popular restaurant Chicken Barn. (RB)
