HAVE A HEART.
That’s what Barbados Labour Party (BLP) leader Mia Mottley is requesting of Prime Minister Freundel Stuart as the effects of the South Coast sewage leak continue to be felt by residents and business owners.
As they put forward their experiences with the ongoing problem, Mottley, who toured the area with Opposition colleagues, called for Stuart to meet with the residents to bring calm to the situation.
“We need to manage this crisis. The Prime Minister must have a heart. One, meet with the residents and owners of businesses; two, make available whatever resources are necessary to urgently resolve this crisis in relation to the sewage issues on the South Coast,” she said. (AD)
