CENTRAL BANK GOVERNOR Dr DeLisle Worrell has been given a six-day lifeline.

His injunction barring Finance Minister Chris Sinckler from firing him was reinstated this afternoon after it was briefly removed.

In the six days, Worrell’s legal team is expected to appeal the original ruling which removed the first injunction.

The second ruling came at 3:30 p.m. in the No.9 Supreme Court where the matter was heard before Justice Randall Worrell. (AC)
