RUBIS BARBADOS says it is continuing to increase its market share.

Chief executive officer of Rubis West Indies Ltd, Mauricio Nicholls, said their retail share of the local petrol market had grown significantly in the six years the company had been in Barbados.

“When we started six years ago we had a market share of 27 per cent, and the last few months we have been hovering around 39 per cent,” he said, adding that all its locations had seen steady volume increases from year to year.

Nicholls was speaking to the media following the official opening ceremony for the Rubis Fontabelle Service Station yesterday. (LK)
