Bag fees ‘stretching it’

 

SHOPPERS SEEM TO be on board with carrying their reusable bags when they go shopping.

What they do not like, however, is being asked to pay for plastic bags at the cashier.

The SUNDAY SUN spoke to some shoppers and found they had no problem with reusable bags, especially if they were being distributed free of charge.

“I actually like the bags,” said Marsha Burke who had bought a few items from the Bridge Supermarket, in Charles Rowe Bridge, St George. (HLE)
