Barbados to play rescheduled football match today

THE WINDWARD ISLANDS Football Tournament matches which were abandoned yesterday due to inclement weather and poor field conditions will now be played today at the Kirani James Athletics Stadium.

Barbados will go head to head with St Lucia at 3 p.m., while Grenada will encounter defending champions St Vincent and the Grenadines at 5:30 p.m.

Tomorrow, Barbados will kick off against St Vincent at 6 p.m. and St Lucia will square off against Dominica from 8:30 p.m.

Grenada and Dominica are currently on four points each in the points standing. However, Grenada is ahead on goal difference. St Lucia trails behind on three points.

Barbados and St Vincent are yet to secure any points. (RA/PR)
