Youth charged in relation to Upton Road attack

POLICE HAVE ARRESTED and charged a 20-year-old male in connection with Friday’s attack and carjacking of a Christ Church woman along Upton Road, St Michael, in the area of the old BET building.

Romario Saniel Maloney of Monroe Road, Haggatt Hall, St Michael will appear in the District “A” Magistrates Court today charged with robbery and assault with intent to rob.

He faces additional charges of unlawful possession of cannabis, possession with intent to supply and trafficking. (PR/NB)
