CARIBBEAN WELLNESS DAY will be celebrated in Barbados on Saturday, September 9 with an afternoon of fun, exercise and entertainment at Brandon’s Beach, St Michael.
The event, which is sponsored by the Ministry of Health, begins at 1 p.m. Activities will include aerobic exercises, mini-beach games, sponsored by the Barbados Olympic Association, and health checks. There will also be healthy food and music by top local disc jockeys.
Themed A Brighter Future for our Youth, it will run until 6 p.m. Everyone is invited to participate. (BGIS)
