Murder by another name

Why abortion? Sometimes women’s lives are in danger when a foetus dies within, or develops incorrectly, or in the fallopian tube, and not in the uterus where it should develop.

Likewise, poor physical health causes risk and ending the pregnancy may be necessary. For rape or incest victims, you may choose to end the pregnancy. However, some women who have given birth in such situations are happy that they did.

Investigation and analysis show that fear was a factor in 98 per cent of abortions. God’s Word in I John 4:18 states: “There is no fear in love; but perfect love cast out fear: because fear has torment.”

From conception you were formed to be born. Psalm 139:15-16: “My substance was not hid from you, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in your book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.”

Abortion has consequences. God alone is the giver of life and the maker of mankind. Terminating a human life without just cause is murder. Exodus 20:13: “You shall not kill (murder).” Murder brings God’s judgements, which are curses carried out by evil spirits. Curses can come as feeling troubled, guilty, tormented, condemned, mental instability, a sense of wrongdoing or a physical illness.

Genesis 9:6: “Whoso sheds man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: For in the image of God made He man.” Also read Numbers 35:33-34.

Sadly, abortion (murder) not only brings judgement, but with enough murders a principality (territorial ruling spirit) comes over the land. Read Deuteronomy 21:1-3, 8-9. The principality commands spirits to cause people to commit all kinds of murder.

We were all a foetus before we were born. A foetus is the forming of a person, and not what some believe.

In 1983, the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act and the 1983 Regulations to that act were introduced, which enabled abortion to become Barbados’ No. 1 cause of death. We are guilty before Almighty God, and must repent as a nation. Only by repenting can we remove the judgements (curses) – that is, beatings, murders, shootings, stabbings, cuttings, lawless evils and wicked behaviour – from Barbados, and do what is right.

This message is to all. Repent on behalf of ourselves, our children, our family (past and present) and our nation before it is too late. Time is very short; do so while we can!
