Drainage problems have been blamed for the foul smelling sewage water that flowed into Hastings Main Road yesterday.

It’s an issue, said manager of the Barbados Water Authority’s Waste Water Recovery Programme Patricia Inniss, that the BWA has been looking into for some time.
