Five injured in accident involving tour bus and car

Police are investigating an accident which occurred this afternoon along the Tom Adams section of the ABC Highway.

It involved a tour bus and a car. The driver of the car complained of pain in his left hand and chest and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Four passengers on the bus, who are in their 60s and 70s, sought private medical attention for discomfort and minor injuries.

Police public relations officer Acting Inspector Roland Cobbler said the bus was carrying 31 passengers from the Grantley Adams International Airport to the Bridgetown Port. (NB)
