Hilton under offer

Share post:

Government has accepted an offer for the sale of the Hilton Hotel.

This disclosure was made to the media hours ago by Chris Sinckler. However, he advised the multi-million-dollar property “has not been sold yet and will not be sold below the most current valuation of that property.”

In the 2018 Budgetary Proposals Sinckler indicated government’s desire to sell the up-market hotel situated at the imposing site of Needham’s Point, for US $100 million. (GC)
