BARBADOS’ Drug Treatment Court (DTC) needs  help.

Chief Justice Sir Marston Gibson made the appeal during the opening ceremony of a training workshop organised by the Executive Secretariat of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (CICAD) on Monday.
