Station falling apart

Police at Black Rock Station are a bituneasy at work these days.

Reports reaching the Saturday Sun are that in addition to the infestation of bed bugs in the cells, the station is said to be falling apart.

Officers had a surprise on Thursday when the front door came off the hinges and visitors now see a glass door leaning against the wall as soon as they enter.

It is understood that officers had been complaining about leaking air conditioning units, both upstairs and downstairs, which have forced them to use garbage bins to catch the water and constantly mop up to keep the place habitable. (RA)
