There are unconfirmed reports public sector job losses will start next month.

As the National Union of Public Workers seeks answers, Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley is expected to shed light on this and other economic matters during a national address on Sunday at 5 p.m.

Mottley, who is Minister of Finance, Economic Affairs and Investments is scheduled to “provide a wide ranging update on measures to resuscitate the ailing Barbados economy”.
