Another man from Washington University of Barbados remanded

A director of Washington University of Barbados has been remanded to prison after he appeared in court today.

Deoraj Jaimangal Dalchand, 33, of No. 3, Jacaranda Circle, Apple Drive, Union Development, St Philip, was not required to plead to four charges in relation to three cheques issued to Casa Grande and one to Builders Value Mart between April 1, 2017 and September 1, this year.

Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant remanded him to HMP Dodds until Monday when he will appear in the District ‘C’ Magistrates’ Court. (HLE)
