Frederick “Dance Man” Jules, will be remembered as a lover of the dance floor.
The body of the St Lucian was found lying on a pedestrian crossing adjacent to his bicycle, helmet and a shoe in Ruby, St Philip early yesterday.
He lived in a small wooden house on the property of Sonja Roach of Sandford Hill, St Philip. He moved to Barbados in 2001.
Roach, who knew Jules for the past three years, said that the 64-year-old was a fun person who liked dancing and a bottle to drink.
“That’s why we started calling him dance man,” she said. “As he heard lil’ music he would dance for a whole night.” (SB)
