Body found floating in Careenage

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding an unnatural death in the area of the Careenage, Bridgetown, St Michael.

Around 5:45 p.m. marine police, assisted by members of the Barbados Coast Guard and the public pulled the body of an adult male from the canal leading to the Careenage.

The deceased, whose identity remains unknown, was wearing a pair of green boxers at the time. (More details as they come to hand.)
