The drugs matters against Christopher Glenn Rogers, 57, and Walter O’Neal Prescod, 55, have been adjourned until September 5.

At that time, Queen’s Counsel Andrew Pilgrim and prosecutor Assistant Superintendent Trevor Blackman will expand on their written submissions.

Rogers of York Road, Navy Gardens, Christ Church, and Prescod of Emerald Park East, St Philip, are facing charges of importation, trafficking, possession and possession with intent to supply on July 23, 2018 in relation to 267.4 pounds of cannabis.

Former chairman of Goddard Enterprises Charles Herbert, 63, had been jointly charged with them, but had his matters dismissed on the advice of the Director of Public Prosecutions when the case went to court on June 26. (HLE)
