Ali wins gold in Women’s 100m hurdles

The United States stormed to a gold and silver finish in the Women’s 100 metre hurdles at the IAAF World Championships in Doha, Qatar.

Nia Ali produced a personal best time of 12.34 seconds to win the race ahead of fellow American Kendra Harrison, who clocked 12.46 seconds.

The favourite Danielle Williams of Jamaica settled for the bronze medal in 12.47 seconds. (AGB)
