Four days after he was granted bail, Pedro Lamar Caddle found himself back in front of Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant on Monday.

The 38-year-old tradesman, of No. 12 Bissex Housing Area, St Joseph, denied six charges in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court.

He pleaded not guilty to using the threatening words: “Anytime I butt the two of wunna again I will kill wunna. Don’t care where wunna is, I will kill the two of wunna”, in the hearing of Constable Lamar Daniel, which was likely to cause alarm to the lawman.

He also denied using the insulting language: “You are a . . . idiot. I here talking to my girl and I don’t want to hear from you so carry your . . . ,” to Daniel during the execution of his duty.  (RA)
