Body found in St Philip

Police are investigating the discovery of a partially decomposed body of a man at the bottom of a cliff in St Philip.

The deceased was pulled from the waters this morning in the area of Elbow Bay, Fortescue which is known to the locals as My Lady Hole. 

Police and Coast Guard took ashore the body at the jetty in Consett Bay, St John.

So far there’s been no identification of the man and investigators said determining the race was difficult. (AC)
