Jamil Jones is one who adapts to situations as they arise.
And with this mindset, the 34-year-old physique competitor – who gained his pro card during last year’s Darcy Beckles Diamond Cup Pro with a triumph in the Under-175cm category – is doing just that amid the current global COVID-19 crisis.
“I try as best as possible to adapt to life as it comes. Sometimes the best plans you had and all your preparations can be changed as some things are beyond your control. You can’t do anything to change the outcome,” he told MIDWEEK- SPORT.
Jones was hoping to return to the Darcy Beckles Diamond Cup Pro this year as well as the Miami Grand Prix.
