The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) said today that one of its central pumping stations is offline due to an electrical issue.

A statement from the BWA said its electricians are addressing the matter. As a result, some customers in Christ Church and St George may experience low pressure or outages.

Water tankers have been dispatched to assist the residents. The BWA apologises for the inconvenience this service disruption may cause. (PR)
