So said Justice Randall Worrell as he imposed a starting sentence of 13 years for manslaughter on Toppin and ordered him to enrol in remedial classes while serving the sentence.
Toppin, now 20, of Gunsite Road, Brittons Hill, St Michael, was back in the No. 2 Supreme Court yesterday, after he had pleaded guilty at an earlier Session of the Continuous Sittings to unlawfully killing Jabar Lashley on January 28, 2019. (HLE)
