Confirmed case of foot and mouth disease closes St. Ambrose Primary

The Ministry of Health and Wellness has confirmed a case of foot and mouth disease at St. Ambrose Primary, with three other students showing signs of rashes. As a precaution, the nursery and reception classes have been closed for sanitising.

Parents and guardians are advised to keep their children at home while the affected areas are cleaned and are urged to monitor their children for symptoms.

Parents should also monitor their children for any symptoms and present them immediately for medical treatment.
