Upgrade coming for Gym

THE Wildey Gymnasium of the Garfield Sobers Complex is in line for an upgrade.
And according to Minister of Sport Stephen Lashley, work on refurbishing the complex should begin by yearend.

Lashley, who spoke to WEEKEND SPORT when the athletes returned from the CARIFTA Games in St Kitts and Nevis on Tuesday, said the project would be done with the assistance of the Chinese Government.

He revealed that planning was at an advanced stage and should be executed between the end of this year and the first few months of 2016.
