COMBERMERE SCHOOL’S top two 007 agents are Matthew Banfield and Danielle Walcott.

Representing the Bond movies Licence to Kill and Live and Let Die, respectively, the two contestants were among the six boys and six girls facing the judges Saturday night in the annual pageant held in the school’s Major Noott Hall.

The result was a popular one as evidenced by the cheers heard from several patrons who stayed until the results were announced just short of 1 a.m. yesterday.

In addition to being crowned Mr and Miss Combermere, both of them deservedly won the Best Talent category. Banfield played three instruments while Walcott dramatised a humorous piece on the “good ole days”. (Green Bananas Media)
