Altman optimistic

Barbados’ business fortunes are showing signs of a turnaround, says prominent real estate developer Paul Altman.

“I see some confidence returning. It is going to take a while. I am not suggesting that we are back to where we were, but without doubt that is the case,” Altman told the Daily Nation.

But the businessman, who suggested the promising outlook was primarily due to external factors, has also called for a higher level of efficiency in business facilitation to manage the interest of external investors wanting to do business here.
